Online T Shirts will not undertake any checking of the Copyright or Trademark Permissions; we assume that the Affiliate has done the checks or is aware of the copyright.

Affiliate Declaration

On Agreeing to sell on ONLINE T SHIRTS you agree to the following

  • I at this moment declare I have permission or own this file and images and can use this file and images.

  • I give permission to put a sample picture onto social media.

  • I understand that trademarks have the same implications or greater

  • I am aware that third party copyright is an offense.

  • If the legal owner of this design contacts Online T Shirts they will be directed to me.

If you believe that any artwork is in breech of the Copyright Declaration please contact Online T Shirts and we will remove it while we carry out an investigation into the validity of the claim.
