Handling Times, After receiving your order, we’ll send you an email outlining our estimated handling times and an invoice. If the T-shirt you ordered is not one of the colours available in our stock, we’ll order it in, If for some reason we are currently our of the CB Clothing T Shirts we will use a like for like AS Colour T Shirt. Once we have the T-shirt, we’ll add it to the print queue and strive to complete it as soon as possible.
Printing Info,We use digital printing technology to produce your T-shirt order. As a general practice, we aim to print your T-shirt on the following business day after receiving your order, provided we have the required blank T-shirt stock available. However, please keep in mind that occasionally we may experience delays due to factors such as increased workloads or delays from wholesalers on our blank T-shirt stock.

Despite these potential setbacks, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible and will work tirelessly to minimize any delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances, and we’ll keep you informed of any updates to ensure that you’re aware of the status of your T-shirt order. Our team takes pride in the quality of our printing, and we’re confident that you’ll be thrilled with the final product.

Shipping Info,Our shipping process is designed to be affordable and efficient. We charge a flat rate of $12.50 for shipping, and if your order exceeds $125.00, we offer free shipping as a token of appreciation. We understand that time is of the essence, and we strive to process your T-shirt and apparel orders as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping provider and aim to have your order to you within five to ten business days from the date of order.

However, we request your understanding that there may be occasional delays that are beyond our control. If you need your order expedited, please inform us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We believe in working collaboratively with our customers to provide the best possible service. We do charge an additional fee for express post services as we haven’t been allocated for these services. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so that you can monitor its progress.

Local Pick-up,For our Brisbane-based customers, we offer a convenient local pick-up option from our Norman Park Store. If you choose this option, we’ll provide you with the necessary details to collect your order once it’s ready.

However, if you reside outside of Brisbane and are unable to provide the local pick-up option. In such instances, we’ll send you an invoice for the flat rate shipping charges. We understand that shipping costs may be an inconvenience, but we cannot offer free shipping on orders solely based on customer preference. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until we receive full payment for shipping.
